Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Mailions ("we", "us") for using the website, the panel, mailboxes, webmail, the sending API and the public temporary inboxes (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account, your API keys and the mailboxes you create.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and use the service for projects of your own, or with the permission of the domain owner.
- Only add domains that you own or are allowed to manage. We may remove a domain that is not verified through the DNS records shown in the panel.
2. What the service is
We provide email hosting for your domains, an HTTP API for sending email, browser webmail, and public temporary inboxes. Some features have limits (for example a monthly sending allowance, rate limits, mailbox sizes and attachment limits); the limits that apply to you are shown in the panel and may change. Paid options are agreed separately.
3. Your mail and your content
- You keep all rights in your messages and data. You give us permission to store, process and deliver them as needed to run the service, including spam and virus filtering.
- You are responsible for what you send and for having the right to send it. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.
- Delivery depends on other mail servers. We cannot promise that any message is delivered, read or kept out of a spam folder.
- You can delete your domains and mailboxes in the panel, which removes them and their settings. To close your account and have all of your data erased, use Account > Your data in the panel (or contact us).
4. Public temporary inboxes
Anyone can open any public temporary address and read what it received. Messages are deleted about 30 minutes after they arrive, and a name can be used by someone else afterwards. Never use them for anything private, for password resets of accounts you care about, or for anything you need to keep. They only receive mail.
5. Fees
The free allowance is shown in the panel. If you use paid options, the price and billing terms are the ones we agreed with you. We will tell you before a change in price takes effect.
6. Suspension and ending
We may limit, suspend or end your access immediately if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your account puts the service or other customers at risk (for example a hijacked mailbox sending spam), or if the law requires it. You may stop using the service at any time. When an account ends we may keep what the law requires, and we delete the rest as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or stop features; if a change affects you seriously we will tell you in advance where we can. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, for free use, a nominal amount). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will notify account holders by email or in the panel. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms, account closure or data requests: [email protected] or use the contact form.
